Who we are

ZirChron LLC was established in early 2010. Since that time, ZirChron has produced an average of approximately 1000 high quality mineral separations per year and has prepared minerals for Geochronology and Thermochronology for over 500 individuals from over 100 companies, government institutions and education institutions worldwide. 

Today, our highly skilled technicians continue with methods, while Dr. Valencia oversees all the operations and performs research, development and quality control. Our customers include students, professors and researchers affiliated with academic institutions; government agencies; mining and exploration companies.

Victor A. Valencia Ph.D., Manager

Victor A. Valencia is a Geologist who graduated from the U of A in 2005. He has more than 15 years working in UPb geochronology and mineral separation. Victor is responsible for many advancements and improvements with the mineral separation at Zirchron LLC. He oversees day-to-day laboratory operations.

Deborah Bryan, Lab Technician

Deborah is a Geologist and part time employee.

Jorge Gomez, Lab Technician

Jorge joined Zirchron LLC in 2014. He is a full time employee and also attends classes to advance his education.
